This is a robotic screwdriving station in the area of the production line. Bolted components are the TV mounting system, for each variant of the manufactured TV. The complete system include the use of a Yamaha robot to replace some of the screw with automatic tooling and thus speed up the production process.  The project includes the construction of a full robotic station with its integration and commissioning as well as technical support during implementation.

This screwdriving robot is mainly use in TV and computer manufacturing industry, the current high-speed automatic screwdriver robot, is based on the first generation of screw locking machine of the CJR company.

Board wrapper with Orbital has a trolley that carries film carriage to wrap around board. Different from a ring wrapper, the trolley can be more flexible and wider in dimension, which is good for extremely wide goods. This is a better choice for material in thin and wide shape.
