This screwdriving robot is mainly use in TV and computer manufacturing industry, the current high-speed automatic screwdriver robot, is based on the first generation of screw locking machine of the CJR company. the machine is controlled by advantech industrial all-in-one control PC, with automatic visiual recognition technology to identify and capture the nails, to position the workpieces, and screw the nails automatically.
Features:
A. Determine the coordinates of the locking point through the visual recognition system,
B. No positioning fixture is required, and the all-in-one machine PC controls the robot to accommodate multi-variety products,
C. The research and development of the hybrid nail supply system have been adopted, which realizes “multi-nail grasping and separate locking function”, and 30% reduction in lock-up time.
D. The magnetic levitation technology is used to make the screw bit holder levitated.
E. Each tong can take 8-10 screws at the same time and lock the tightening torque in real time according to the screw specifications and process requirement. And can record the tightening torque of each screw.
