Orbital Stretch Wrapper
Orbital stretch wrapper has a guide-rail that carries film carriage to wrap around goods. Different from a ring rail, the guide-rail can be more flexible and wider in dimension for extremely wide goods. This is the best choice for material in thin and wide shape. Orbital stretch wrapper takes less space in container.
Board wrapper with Orbital has a trolley that carries film carriage to wrap around board. Different from a ring wrapper, the trolley can be more flexible and wider in dimension, which is good for extremely wide goods. This is a better choice for material in thin and wide shape. Board wrapper is designed with auto film cut and clamp unit. The complete wrapping progress is finished automatically.

Supply scope:
1. The main wrapping machine, including:
A. Film carriage carrier, working on chain and driven by famous Chinese brand motor;
B. Pneumatic top platen system to keep board steady, the top platen is finished by roller, which enables smooth running while wrapping and conveying;
C. Film carriage, pre-stretch tension adjustable;
D. Automatic film feeding & cutting device, with special design, the device send film automatically and cut film after wrapping.
